Marion Goodwill Industries, Inc. has announced the appointment of Pastor Tyrone Kaiser to its Board of Trustees.
The mission of Marion Goodwill Industries is to assist individuals with disabilities and other special needs to attain self-sufficiency through employment and training, thus enabling them to reach their maximum potential in the community.
In October 2004, Kaiser was confirmed as Pastor of King’s Temple Apostolic Church in Marion. Prior to moving to Marion Kaiser served as Christian Education Instructor, Associate Minister, Choir Director, NDCPYPU State Youth Chairman, and the Assistant Treasurer for the IPYPU, Pentecostal Assemblies of the World.
Pastor Kaiser served faithfully for over 21 years at Greater Grace Temple, Detroit, Michigan. He is also the former Youth Pastor of Greater Zion Temple Church in Steubenville, Ohio.
He received his spiritual teaching at Greater Grace Temple, in Detroit, Michigan and his spiritual training at United Temple of Christ. He graduated from Berean Bible College in 2004 with a Bachelor of Theology degree.
Upon the sudden demise of his mother and sister, Pastor Kaiser became the guardian and father to D.J who is assisting him in in Ministry. In 2008, Pastor Kaiser married Rhea Edmonds. Pastor Kaiser and his family reside in Marion.
The Board of Trustees of Marion Goodwill Industries, Inc. is comprised of volunteers from the community, who bring with them a wide variety of expertise and backgrounds.
