Ohio author and illustrator Steve Harpster will be visiting Elgin South and West Elementary buildings this week. In addition to visiting with students during the day, Harpster will be back in the evenings to meet with families and the community.
Organizers say that everyone will enjoy Harpster’s lively and entertaining presentations. They encourage everyone to attend one of the events and watch Harpster inspire kids to use their imaginations through drawing.

He has four new books with 32 pages each. These books teach kids how to draw all kinds of cartoon animals and monsters using letters and numbers. Books will be available for purchase for $6 each.
