Christmas Clearinghouse is asking the community of Marion to help local families during the holidays by collecting non-perishable food items, hats, gloves, mittens, new blankets, new toys and monetary donations. The volunteer organization will accept items until 7:00pm on December 14, 2012.
The drop off is location at Marion County Children Services, 1680 Marion-Waldo Road.
Christmas Clearinghouse will also hold their 2nd Annual Toy Drive on Wednesday, December 12, 2012 at Children Services from 10:00am to 7:00pm. All you have to do is drive up and volunteers will unload your vehicle.
In addition to donating items, you can also adopt a family.
