The Marion Palace Theatre is pleased to announce it will show the Disney animated film “Wreck It Ralph” during Christmas break, December 26 through December 30.
Wreck-It Ralph (voice of John C. Reilly) is an 8-bit video-game character who wants to shed his bad-guy image, but inadvertently wreaks havoc in the video-game universe by freeing a digital villain.
In an attempt to prove his goodness and bravery to his arch nemesis and one of the most beloved video-game icons of all time, Fix-It Felix (voice of Jack McBrayer), Ralph sneaks into a highly advanced combat game featuring battle-hardened soldier Sergeant Calhoun (voice of Jane Lynch), and sets out to win the coveted medal. In the process, however, Ralph accidentally frees the greatest threat the video-game world has ever seen. Ralph turns to unpredictable cart racer Vanellope von Schweetz (voice of Sarah Silverman) to help set things right in hopes he can finally unleash his inner hero and save the arcade from certain destruction.
“Wreck It Ralph” is rated PG and will play at the Marion Palace Theatre Wednesday, December 26 and Thursday, December 27 at 2:00 p.m. and Friday, December 28 through Sunday, December 30 at 2:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $4/Adults, $3/Seniors (62 & over), $2/Children (12 and under).
