The Marion Palace Theatre will show the 2013 Golden Globe Award Nominated film RISE OF THE GUARDIANS on January 4, 5, and 6, 2013.
The DreamWorks computer-animated fantasy-adventure film, RISE OF THE GUARDIANS, is an epic & magical adventure that tells the story of Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny, the Tooth Fairy, the Sandman, and Jack Frost – legendary characters with previously unknown extraordinary abilities. When an evil spirit known as Pitch lays down the gauntlet to take over the world, the immortal Guardians must join forces to protect the hopes, beliefs and imagination of children everywhere.
RISE OF THE GUARDIANS is nominated for 2013 Golden Globe Best Animated Film and features the voices of Chris Pine (Jack Frost), Alec Baldwin (Santa Claus), Hugh Jackman (The Easter Bunny), Isla Fisher (The Tooth Fairy) and Jude Law (Pitch).
RISE OF THE GUARDIANS is rated PG and will play at the Marion Palace Theatre Friday, January 4 at 7:30 p.m., Saturday, January 5 at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, January 6 at 2:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $4/Adults, $3/Seniors (62 & over), $2/Children (12 and under).
