The Marion Palace Theatre will show the comedy film “The Incredible Burt Wonderstone” starring funny-men Steve Carell, Steve Buscemi and Jim Carrey on April 20 and April 21.
Superstar magicians Burt Wonderstone (Steve Carell) and Anton Marvelton (Steve Buscemi) have ruled the Las Vegas Strip for thirty years, raking in millions with illusions as big as Burt’s growing ego. However, Burt and Anton’s once strong relationship has taken a major turn for the worse and now the duo find themselves secretly loathing each other. In addition to their friendship woes, ticket sales have nose-dived thanks in part to gritty street magician Steve Gray (Jim Carrey) who has a cult of followers enthralled by his outrageous stunts. Can Burt and Anton reclaim their rightful status as the best magicians on the Strip…and salvage their wrecked friendship when they stage their own daring and spectacular act?
