Time Running Out to Register to Vote in May Primary

VoteApril 8, 2013 is the voter registration deadline for the May 7, 2013 Primary Election. Issues will be on the ballot for voters in Prospect Village and the Cardington-Lincoln Local School District. There will also be various primary elections for elected offices.

Anyone qualified may register to vote at the Marion County Board of Elections Office, 222 W. Center Street, Marion, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with extended hours offered on Monday, April 8, 2013 from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Voters may also register at the Office of the Ohio Secretary of State, Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles, the Department of Job and Family Services, public high school or vocational schools, the Department of Health, the Department of Mental Health, the Department of Developmental Disabilities, the Rehabilitation Services Commission, or the office of any state-assisted college.
