The River Valley FFA Chapter will be holding its first ever Ride-for-Wishes bike-a-thon on Saturday, June 15, 2013 to benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Central Ohio. The Make-A-Wish Foundation grants wishes of a lifetime to children with life threatening illnesses.
This event will be held at River Valley High School. The registration will begin at 8:00 am, with the bike ride starting at 9:00 am, and should wrap up sometime between noon and 1:00 pm. Lunch will be served at the high school at the conclusion of the event.
The event will feature the option of an 8 or 14 mile bike ride.
In order to participate, each participant must donate at least $25 to the Make-A-Wish foundation. For every additional $10 in donations collected and turned in at registration on June 15, you will receive a ticket to be entered into a drawing for a Schwinn Exercise Bike.
