Free physicals will be offered at River Valley High School on Thursday, July 11, 2013. The free physicals are available to students entering seventh to twelfth grades at all four Marion County school districts.
There are different times for the individual schools. The times for the River Valley students will be from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. Students of other schools should call their offices to learn about their individual time.
All students are asked to have their medical history part of the physical form completed and with them that evening. The physical forms were distributed to students at the end of the school year but additional forms can be picked up in the high school or middle school offices and can also be downloaded from the River Valley website.
