The Marion County Republic Club has selected Timothy M. Frericks as the August, 2013 Marion County Republican of the Month.
The 39- year attorney with the law firm of Frericks and Howard, graduated from Marion Catholic High School and received a B.A. degree from Notre Dame University and his law degree from Ohio Northern University College of Law. He served as the New Bloomington Village Solicitor from 1999-2000.
The Marion resident is past president of the Marion Town and Country Kiwanis Club and the Marion County Bar Association.
His community activities include being trustee emeritus of the Marion Shelter Program, Inc., founding trustee of St. Gabriel Catholic Radio, and he serves as Pleasant D Republican Central and Executive committeeman.
A member of St. Mary Catholic Church, he is a member of the Knights of Columbus, Fourth Degree, and resides with his wife, Mary.
