Duffey Captures Best of Show at Popcorn Fest Arts Show

Judging for the 33rd annual Marion Popcorn Festival Juried Fine Arts Show was held September 5, 2013 at Marion City Hall. Winning this year’s Best of Show was a pastel by Virginia Duffey titled “Sea Captain”.
