Less than 24 hours after soliciting the public’s help in locating two shooting suspects, the Marion County Sheriff’s Office says all have now been located and arrested. The final suspect was arrested in Florida on Thursday.

The arrests were in connection with a shooting that took place on Monday, October 28, 2013 where a bullet just missed an elderly man when it passed through his home on Euclid Avenue.

The first man arrested was Timothy C. Persinger, 35, of 645 Emerson Avenue in Marion. He was arrested Wednesday at his residence on a warrant for Obstructing Official Business, a third degree felony.

Investigators say Danny E. Logan II, 32, of Marion, was also arrested, but details were not immediately available. Logan was being sought on an arrest warrant for Obstructing Official Business, a third degree felony.

The final suspect, Joshua A. Bright (AKA: Bill Champ) was arrested a short time ago in Tallahassee, Florida. Investigators say they received numerous tips and information leading to the discovery that Bright had fled Marion and was headed to Florida by bus. Once the correct route was learned, the Tallahassee Police Department was informed and officers located Bright at the bus station where he was taken into custody without incident.
