Scott Knowles, Esq., has joined Sims Brothers Recycling as vice president of regulatory affairs and compliance, general counsel. The announcement was made by Gary Sims, president and CEO.
Knowles will be responsible for the legal aspects of the recycling company, as well as a wide variety of specific management duties and future planning activities.
For the last ten Knowles worked for Keis George LLP, a legal firm specializing in insurance litigation, serving his last five years as Office Manager for the Columbus branch. He is a graduate of the University of Dayton, studying law at Cleveland Marshall College and receiving his Juris Doctorate from the University of Toledo College of Law. Knowles is a member of the Ohio State and Columbus Bar Associations.
