Robert D. Fragale, Marion County Family Court Judge, has been selected as December Republican of the Month by the Marion County Republican Central and Executive Committee.
Among his legal associations, he is secretary/treasurer of the Marion County Bar Association, Ohio Supreme Court Commission on Dispute Resolution, Ohio Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Court Security, Ohio Association of Juvenile Court Judges Board of Directors, Ohio Probate Judges Policy and Procedure as well as Forms Committees.
Locally, Judge Fragale is on the Board of Directors of Marion Matters, Inc. and Rushmore Academy, the Board of Trustees of Marion Speech and Hearing Center and on the Stand Committee of the Marion Opiate Task Force.
Through his St. Mary Catholic Church membership he is on the Marion Catholic Endowment Board and Father Fred Furey Scholarship Board.
The Judge and his wife, Margaret, have four children and 2 grandchildren.
