Lori Seckel of Marion, a Modern Woodmen of America Regional Director, recently attended the Modern Woodmen Leadership Career Institute, held at Modern Woodmen’s home office in Rock Island, IL.
Modern Woodmen’s top managers are invited to attend the event where elite speakers teach attendees to become better leaders, improve results in their regions, and inspire those with whom they work.
Speakers included Phil Richards, CEO of the North Star Resource Group and inductee into the 2010 National Wrestling Hall of Fame; Rich Campe, a successful entrepreneur who has started, owned and sold Verizon Cellular stores; speaker Jeff Peden, an international speaker who is known as the “Great Ideas!” guy; Geoff Evans, founder of Social Media Coach; and motivational speaker Gary Kinder, Co-CEO of The KBI Group. Attendees also had the opportunity to exchange management best practices with more than 100 other leaders.
