The Marion County Council on Aging is continuing with the second of a 4 part series of informational programs, entitled Retirement Readiness: Money Matters. On Thursday, July 24, 2014, the topic for discussion will be reverse mortgages.
Judy Kiger, from American Eagle Mortgage Company, will be ready to talk about all the different aspects of this federally sponsored program, which has been in existence for many years. Come ready to learn how a reverse mortgage could perhaps help you find extra income for your living expenses. Attendees are encourages to bring a list of questions, based on your own special circumstances, and learn if this program could be beneficial to you.
This is a free service sponsored by the Council on Aging but reservations are necessary and limited. This seminar will be held at the Council on Aging office at 125 Executive Dr., beginning at 1:30 pm.
