The 2014 Marion County Fair will host a variety of special activities as part of their annual Kid’s Day on Wednesday, July 2. Kids 12 and under will be admitted free of charge from 8:00am to 2:00pm.
As is the case every day, rides are not included with admissions. On this day however, the rides will open an hour early at 10:00am.
From 10:00am to 6:00pm Dayspring Wesleyan will offer free inflatable rides in the Coliseum.
Ronald McDonald will present a magic show in the new Picnic Pavilion at 11:00am.
Another highlight will be the annual Buckeye State Pedal Tractor Pull. Registration starts at 11:00am and pulls start at noon at the Grandstands.
In addition to lots of animal judging, there will be a Skillet Throwing Contest at 2:00pm at the Horse Arena and at 7:30pm Tough Truck and Figure 8 Race will take place at the Grandstands.
