The Marion Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors recently joined Greg Case and Randy Craig and their staff for the opening of Trajectory, 1293 Harding Highway East. Trajectory, an outbound customer retention call center, specializes in helping retail clients retain customers through unique retention plans focused around a consistent scheduled follow-up from the local business owner.
On average, Trajectory says their agents are saying ‘Thank You’ 4,000 times a day to retail shoppers all over the Midwest on behalf of their clients.
Trajectory is locally owned and is proud to employ 25 individuals from Marion and the surrounding counties, with plans on doubling in size over the next 12 months. Trajectory and its employees are working to be involved in the community by supporting the local schools, families and children through various events. Some of those projects include a Backpack Giveaway for K-3rd grade, the Marion Harding Youth Football and Cheer Carrybag Initiative for 4-6th grade, and sponsorship of the Harding High School Performing Arts Program for 9-12th grade.
