Lori D. Seckel, the Modern Woodmen of America Regional Director for Marion, recently attended Modern Woodmen’s Essentials of Leadership and Management Program held at Modern Woodmen’s home office in Rock Island, Ill.
Regional directors and managing partners were invited to attend the program. Offered through GAMA International, the course fulfills step one of the Chartered Leadership Fellow and qualifies attendees for 30 Professional Achievement in Continuing Education credits. The program compresses the demands of the field leader’s job into five essential elements, resulting in a complete, 102-page customized business plan.
