Dr. J. R. Clark, Psy. D., will be the guest speaker for the Marion County Council on Aging on Tuesday, November 18, 2014. Dr. Clark’s presentation will focus on older adults and how they can enhance their physical and mental health. He will provide participants with accurate scientific information describing the causes and nature of cognitive decline when associated with aging.
Dr. Clark will also present information about the effect of nutrition, exercise, and social engagement on brain health. He will also give memory enhancement and stress management tips.
The program will start at noon on November 18th and will be held at the Council on Aging office, located at 125 Executive Dr. Suite 102.
