Women’s Business Council to explore the benefits of yoga at your desk

Womens Business CouncilExpert Helena Everson of Ever Yoga will walk those in attendance through a number of stretches, correct posture alignment and some relaxing breathing practices to relieve the mind during a stressful workday at the next Marion Women’s Business Council luncheon meeting.

Everson has built a reputation on more than 18 years’ experience that includes a number of certifications in different levels of yoga. From beginner to ashtango (power), restorative to yoga for special bodies – she has delved into it all. She will share personal experiences of the therapeutic benefits of yoga, especially regarding stress reduction, and hopes to help others experience these benefits through her teachings.
