City Council holding special meeting to discuss medical marijuana dispensary

Marion City Council will hold a special meeting on Monday October 30, 2017 to discuss the possibility of a medical marijuana dispensary being opening in the area. While there is no current plan or authorization from the state for one to open, local officials want to make sure they discuss the situation in advance in case action is warranted.

The meeting takes place in Council Chambers on the second floor of City Hall starting at 7:30pm.
