Maxine L. "Micky" "Ditty" Wilson age 81 of Marion, Ohio passed away Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at Marion General Hospital.
Maxine was born November 6, 1928 in Caledonia, Ohio to the late LeRoy C. and Esther L. (Landes) Bowers.
On February 14, 1948 she married Wayne H. Wilson, he survives in Marion.
Maxine was a member of Emanuel Lutheran Church for many years, and along with her husband they owned and operated Wilson TV for over 25 years.
She is survived by her husband of 62 years Wayne H. Wilson of Marion, a son, Barry W. (Valerie) Wilson of Ft.Wayne, IN., two daughters, Cindy M. (Val) Vonderheide of Wichita, KS., Deborah J. (Dave) Kissner of Great Falls, MT., seven grandchildren, six great grandchildren, a brother, Darrell R. (Belva) Bowers of Cardington, OH., two sisters, Joyce M. (Doug) Grimm Of Mt.Gilead, OH., Corinne (Ralph) Claytor of Portland, IN., and numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral Services for Maxine will be Monday, June 21, 2010 11 AM at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home with Pastor Robert Radebaugh officiating, burial will follow at Caledonia Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will be held Monday, June 21, 2010 from 10 – 11 AM at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or to the American Cancer Society.
