Vernia M. Barnhart, 74, of Inverness, Florida passed away June 13, 2010. She was born August 25, 1935 in West Virginia.
Vernia is survived by a companion of 12 years, Robert Good; 5 children, George (Cathy) Hatfield, Todd Hatfield, Joan (Don) Murrey of Liberty Center, Ohio, Robin Comfort of Valdosta, Georgia, and Peggy Adams of Nepolian, Ohio; two sisters, Shirley and Linda; and several grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert G. Barnhart; and 2 children, Tracy Hatfield and Allen Barnhart.
A graveside service will be held Monday, June 21, 2010 at 10 AM in Grand Prairie Cemetery in Brush Ridge. Reverend Barkley Slone will officiate the service. Funeral arrangements are in care of Boyd-Born Funeral Home.
