Ted Lee Mann, age 45, of Marion passed away early Wednesday morning at Marion General Hospital.
He was born in Marion on April 8, 1965 to John and Sharron (Shelton) Mann.
Surviving are his father; John Mann of Youngstown, Ohio, his 2 daughters; Natalie Mann and Gabrielle Mann, both at home and two brothers; Rodney Mann and Bill (Paige) Davis, one sister; Fawn (Chris) Buck, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Ted was preceded in death by his mother Sharron Y. (Shelton) Mann, great grandma Nana, great grandma Mable and cousin Justin Shelton.
Ted was a hard working man, he was loved by all that knew him, his smile made everyone smile, he was free willed and carefree, and a loving father. He will be remembered for giving the gift of life as an organ and tissue donor through Lifeline of Ohio.
Memorial services will be held at 4:00 pm, Sunday, July 25, 2010, at the Gethsemane Lutheran Church, 219 E. Church Street, with the Rev. Brett Cornelius officiating, and calling hours will not be observed. The family will meet at Ryan's Restaurant at 5:00 pm following the services.
If desired, memorial contributions in his name can be made to his family in care of the funeral home.
