Clarence E. "Eddie" Thacker, 67, died on Tuesday, August 17, 2010.
Eddie was born on March 10, 1943 in Ewington, Ohio to the late Jeremiah and Ethel (Oiler) Thacker.
Eddie is survived by his daughters, Shelly Booker, Richa (Tim) Gattshall, Robin Williams and Regina Williams; son, Randy Miller; spouse, Carolyn L. Thacker; brother, Paul Thacker; sisters, Della Mae Malone, Boots Shelton, Ruby (Rich) Rhoads, Vella Yeager and Terry Hickman; grandkids, Aviana, Shealana, Holli, Aaron, Devin, Chase, Tony, and Liz; 4 great grandkids; and numerous loved nieces and nephews.
Eddie was preceded in death by 6 brothers and 4 sisters.
Eddie served in the Army during 1964-66. He loved to fish and hunt, gamble, boating and playing cards. He enjoyed hanging out in the back forty. Eddie's most precious times were when he was with his family.
Family will receive friends from 2 – 4 p.m. on Saturday, August 21, 2010 at Gunder/Hall & Folk Funeral Directors. A private burial will take place at a later date.
