Doris J. Webb age 86 of Hilliard, Ohio formerly of Marion, Ohio and Akron, Ohio passed away Wednesday, August 25, 2010 from the end stage of Alzheimers after a 8 year battle at Columbus Alzheimers Care Center in Columbus, Ohio.
Doris was born May 12, 1924 in Cumberland, MD., to the late Charles "Bud" and Nina (Bennett) Corrick.
In July 1943 she married Donald E. Webb, he preceded her in death in 1983. She was employed at the Marion Manor for 10 years as a nurses aid.
She is survived by 3 sons, Donald Webb Jr. of Grafton, OH., Keith (Claudia) Webb of Hilliard, OH., Curt Webb of Marion, OH., 2 daughters, Trudy (Bill) McDonald of Marion, OH., Wanda (Harold) Koltnow of Grand Rapids, MI., 11 grandchildren, Larry Webb Jr., Pam Webb, Barb McDonald, Jeff McDonald, Robert (Brenda) McDonald, Eric Koltnow, Michael Webb, Brian Webb,Jessica Webb, Cory Webb, Curt Webb Jr., 6 great grandchildren, Matt Spillman, Craig Spillman, Kevin Spillman, Bryce McDonald, Max Koltman, Mina Koltman, and one brother, Bill Corrick of Tampa, FL.
She was preceded in death by 2 sons, Larry Webb and Dennis Webb, and one brother, Charles Corric Jr.
A memorial service will be held Monday, August 30, 2010 11 AM at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home 122 W. Columbia St. Marion, Ohio 43302. Burial will take place at a later date at St. Mary's Cemetery in Marion.
