Joyce A. Titchnell, age 57 of Marengo formerly of Lorain County passed away unexpectedly Monday, September 6, 2010.
She was born on April 25, 1953 to the late Glenn and Genevieve (Rutledge) Wright. A resident of Marengo since 1997, she spent the majority of her life in the Lorain area.
A lifelong homemaker, she volunteered at the Disciple Shop in Fulton. Friendly in nature with an outgoing personality, she enjoyed gardening, flowers, crafts of all types, and quilting. Always the good neighbor, she collected Paddington Bears and Holly Hobbie. She treasured time spent with her large family.
She is survived by her husband of 38 years: Richard, son: Scott of Oberlin, daughter: Bonnie Hembree of Oberlin, Grandchildren: Joseph and Jared, siblings: Glenna Skodney, Marsha Gill both of Amherst, twin: Janice Linden of Lorain, Amy (John) Reising of Elyria, Glenn (Bonnie) Wright of Lorain, Roy Wright of Amherst, Kathy (Paul) Spanos of Amherst, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Services will be held privately by her family. Arrangements entrusted to the DeVore-Snyder Funeral Home in Marengo.
