Dorothy M. Thacker age 86 of Marion, Ohio formerly of Kenton, Ohio passed away Thursday, September 30, 2010 at Community Healthcare Center in Marion.

She was born September 10, 1924 in Athens, Ohio to the late Bill and Grace (Birchfield) Morrison.

Dorothy is survived by 3 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Thacker, a son, Billy Morrison, brothers, Dallas, George, Robert, and sisters, Helen and Betty.

Gravesisde services will be held Monday, October 4, 2010 1:30 PM at Grand Prairie Cemetery with Rev. Dwight Hord officiating. Visitation will be held Monday, October 4, 2010 from 12 to 1 PM at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home.
