Larry R. Rush, age 59, of Marblehead and formerly of Marion, Ohio, died Thursday morning, October 14, 2010, at the Magruder Hospital in Port Clinton, Ohio.
On September 5, 1951, Larry was born in Marion, Ohio, the son of the late Willard W. and E. Josephine (Butterworth) Rush.
He graduated from Marion Harding High School in the Class of 1969, and the Ohio State University in the Class of 1975.
In 1983, Larry moved to Marblehead, Ohio, where he owned and operated the Rush Water Service for many years until 2008.
He will be missed by his sister, Terri L. Rush, of Marblehead; and many friends.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. at the Chapel Height Memory Gardens on State Route 423 in Marion. Also, a celebration of Larry's life will be held on Saturday, October 23, 2010, at the Marblehead V.F.W. at 1:00 p.m.
The Denzer-Farison-Hottinger & Snyder Funeral Home in Marion is honored to serve Larry's family.
