Catherine L. Case, 95, of Marion, passed away on Monday, November 8, 2010 at Marion Manor under Marion General Hospice Care.
She was born on April 23, 1915 to the late Harry J. and Clara (Landon) Hibbett in Marion.
Catherine worked for and retired from Marion General Hospital as an X-ray Developer.
She is survived by her children, Stanley (Mary) Case, Greg (Pat) Case, both of Marion, and Cathy (Louie) Roberts of Syracuse; 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded death by a son, Dennis; a brother, Harry; sisters, Ruth, Evelyn and Doris.
A memorial service will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 11, 2010 in Gunder/Hall & Folk Funeral Directors with Pastor Mark Schuring officiating. Family will continue to receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. after the service. A graveside burial will take place at 10 a.m. on Friday, November 12, 2010 in Chapel Heights Memory Gardens Cemetery.
