Richard Reynolds age 79 passed away Sunday, October 23, 2011 at Marion General Hospital.
Born December 1, 1931 in Washington, Pennsylvania to the late Simeon and Mary (Hutchinson) Reynolds.
Richard served in the U.S. Air force. He was the owner operator of Reynolds Refrigeration.
Richard was a member of the VFW and Knights of Columbus Council #671.
Survivors include his wife Charlene (Kidd) Reynolds of Marion, one daughter Lori Reynolds Smalley of Arizona, step daughter, Deanna Childres of Marion, one brother Simeon Reynolds of West Virginia, two sisters, Delores Shehl of West Virginia, Carol Wooten of Columbus, three grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one son David Reynolds, and one sister Phyllis Davis.
Family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at Gunder/Hall & Folk Funeral Directors. Funeral services will be held at 11: 30 a.m. Thursday, October 27, 2011 at Gunder/Hall & Folk Funeral Directors with Rev. Russell Howard officiating. Burial will follow in Green Camp Cemetery with Military Honors conducted by the Marion County United Veterans Council.
