Pauline D. Ross age 67 of Columbus, Ohio formerly of Marion, Ohio passed away Saturday, November 12, 2011 at St. Ann's Hospital in Westerville, Ohio.
She was born December 1, 1943 in Greenville, MS., to the late Benjamin and Q.C. (Crawford) Glover.
In 1948 in Rockford, IL., she married Rev. Walter L. Ross he preceded her in death on April 3, 1996.
Pauline was employed for many years at Whirlpool Corporation in Marion, Ohio she retired in 1995.
She is survived by three sons, Rev. Walter L. (Rowena) Ross Jr. of Columbus, OH., Douglas T. Ross of Columbus, OH., Zoraba Ross of Columbus, OH., three daughters, Colleen R. (Edwaed) Hill of Rockford, IL., Patricia (George) Floyd of Marion, OH., Q.C. (Alfred) Troutman of Marion, OH., fiveteen grandchildren and thirty great grandchildren, three brothers, Jimmy Rogers of Rockford, IL., Henry (Marylou) Glover of Rockford, IL., Calvin (Brenda) Glover of Indianapolis, IN., two sisters, Heardscine Marshall of rockford, IL., Mary E. (Frank) McCain of Rockford, IL., and numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
Pauline was preceded in death by two sons, Serano T. Ross and John Ross, two brothers Alonzo Glover and Benjamin Glover Jr., and one sister, Mildred H. Glover.
Visitation for family and friends will be held Wednesday, November 16, 2011 from 4 – 8 PM at Boyd-Born Funeral Home. A private family graveside will be held Thursday, November 17, 2011.
