William C. Cluff age 73 of Marion, Ohio passed away Tuesday, December 6, 2011 at his residence.
He was born July 18, 1938 in Marion, Ohio to the late Floyd F. and Kathryn L. (Williamson) Cluff.
On September 29, 1958 he married Hazel (Baumgardner) she preceded him in death on September 6, 2000. He was then married to Dorothy E. (Miller) she survives in Marion.
William was a member of Grand Prairie Baptist Church for many years. He was a self employed farmer for many in at the family farm in Marion for many years, after he retired from farming he was a self employed carpet installer.
William is survived by his wife, Dorothy Cluff of Marion, OH., his four children, Katie Beers of Issaquah, WA., Carol Oliver of Marion, OH., Mike (Cathy) Cluff of Pembine, WI., Jeff Cluff of Marysville, OH., step children, Dwight Geyer of Marion, OH., Nancy Geyer of Marion, OH., Lonnie (Judy) Geyer of Galion, OH., Keith (Kathy) Geyer of Marion, OH., nineteen grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, one brother, Albert Cluff of CA.
He was preceded in death by two step sons, Mike Geyer and Carl Geyer, and a step daughter, Sheila Geyer.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, December 10, 2011 @ 2 PM at his residence with Pastor Doug Ford officiating. Burial will take place at a later date. The Boyd-Born Funeral is honored to be serving the family.
