Timothy Mark Butler, Jr, 33, passed away unexpectedly at home, January 12, 2012.
He was born October 18, 1978 in Marion, OH to Sandra (Ray) Hunt and Timothy (LuAnn) Butler, Sr., all of Marion.
He graduated from Harding High School in 1998 where he played football for 4 years and met his high school sweetheart, true soul mate, Jenny (Garey) Butler. They were married July 19, 1997. Together, they have 5 children, Shawna, Trea, Jorden, Savanah, and Haley, all at home.
He has 2 sisters, Amy (Aldolfo) Perez and Tiffany Butler, of Marion, and 1 brother, Adam Peacock of Sandusky. He is also survived by 3 nieces, Halina Perez, Trinity Radabaugh, and Braxton Timmons; 4 nephews, Aldolfo Perez, Jr., Mason Butler, Gabriel Perez, all of Marion, and James Peacock of Marblehead, OH. He is survived by his maternal grandmother, Mary (Jack) Gibson, maternal grandfather, Charles Ray, all of Marion; Paternal grandmothers, Charlotte (Jerry) Flanagan of Deer Park, TX, and Barb Peacock of Marion.
Timothy was preceded in death by his paternal grandfathers, Sam Butler of TX, and Jim Peacock of Marion.
He was a member of Central Christian Church Disciples of Christ.
He leaves behind aunts, uncles, cousins and countless friends. Tim was a devoted son, father, husband, brother, and friend. Tim's family was his life. Words cannot express how much he will be missed. He was loved by all and loved them all just as much back.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 18, 2012 at 10:30am at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home. Officiating the service will be Rev. Bud Hill. Burial will follow in Chapel Heights Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 from 2-4PM and 6-8PM.
