Ronald G. Ringle age 69 of Marseilles, Ohio passed away Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at his residence after a two year battle with cancer.
He was born January 23, 1943 in Marion, Ohio to the late Kenneth A. and Beulah E. (Lingrel) Ringle.
On October 29, 1966 he married Ruth A. (Hollenbach).
Ronald retired after 42 years from Erie/Lakawanna, Conrail, CSX Railroad as a brakeman. He was a member of Marseilles Presbyterian Church, Pheasants Forever, NRA and retired railroaders "Liars Club" that would meet at Meijer every Wednesday.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth Ringle of Marseilles, OH., three children, Ronald "Cap" (Susan Rivchin) Ringle of Columbus, OH., Andy (Karen) Ringle of Tiffin, OH., Natalie Ringle of Columbus, OH., one grandson, Griffin Ringle, two brothers, Marvin (Gloria) Ringle of Sand Springs, OK., James (Carol) Camm of Larue, OH., one sister, Vickie Camm of New Bloomington, OH., and numerous nieces and nephews.
Ronald was preceded in death by his parents and step father, Russell Camm.
The funeral service for Ronald will be Monday, February 6, 2012 @ 10 AM at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home with Pastor Mary Curtis and Pastor Rex Roth officiating. Burial will follow at Marion Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will be Sunday, February 5, 2012 from 2 – 5 PM at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home.
