Ruth E. Wilson age 90 of Marion, Ohio, passed away Saturday February 11, 2012 at the Marion Manor Nursing Home.
She was born August 24, 1921 in Bellville, Ohio to the late Charles and Mary (Alexander) Staats.
Ruth was twice married. In 1939 she married Willard Horn and he preceded her in death in 1955. She then married Merle Wilson in 1964 and he is still living.
Many years ago Ruth retired as an inspector with the Marion Metal Products Co.
Ruth is survived by a son, Willard L. "Bill" (Janice) Horn of Mansfield, Ohio. Also surviving are three grandchildren; Bill (Lauree) Horn of Columbus, Ohio, Tim (Tammy) Horn of Atlanta, Ga., Shelly Bearden of Chesapeake, Va., four great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
Besides her parents and first husband, Ruth was preceded in death by four sisters and five brothers.
There will be a graveside service at a later date for Ruth in the Grand Prairie Cemetery in Brush Ridge, Ohio in Marion, County.
