Sunday morning God recalled our Angel to Himself. While the light went out of our life, heaven must certainly be a brighter place today.
Reneé (Blashinsky) Forney, age 58, of Marion, died on Sunday morning, March 18, 2012, at her residence.
To know Renee’ was to love her. She had a gentle spirit, engaging smile and such a soft disposition. The world is poorer for her loss. Click, click my dear.
Eight years ago she found that she had colon cancer. She battled the disease with bravery, fortitude and tireless energy. At the many hospitals and clinics she was in, she spread good cheer and that wonderful smile, even while in pain. She asked that friends and others donate to the cancer charity of their choice.
She leaves her devoted and loving husband John (YATWBMW) and four sisters, nieces and nephews. While happy that she is finally released from her pain, we wonder how we live without her.
Special thanks go to her sisters Diana and Jo Ann for taking care of her at the last, and to her God daughter Jamie and our special friends Garry, Beth, Elaine, Dennis and Nancy for their tireless effort. She was so thankful for your love and care.
For 35 years, she shared herself with her friends and clients at Foxy Lady Beauty Salon and missed the good times there.
As she wished, calling hours and funeral services will not be observed. A private memorial will be held at a later date.
Denzer-Farison-Hottinger & Snyder Funeral Homes is honored to have been chosen to serve Renee’s family, and your private condolences can be expressed online by visiting www.snyderfuneralhomes.com.
