Frances L. Snook age 84 of Marion, Ohio, passed away Sunday April 15, 2012 at the Marion General Hospital.
She was born May 16, 1927 in Carter Co., Ky. to the late James H. and Hazie Belle (Williams) Sexton.
She was of the Protestant Faith. Frances was also retired from the Goodwill Industries.
She is survived by a daughter; Rita Smith of Marion, and a grandson, Justin Eric Smith of Marion. Also surviving are three sisters and a brother; Pauline Parker of Nevada, Ohio, Nellie (Ted) Watt of Marion, Ohio, Laura J. Lewis of Carter, Ky., and Carl H. (Marilyn) Sexton of Marion, Ohio. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a son; Larry M. Snook, two brothers, James H. and William Henry Sexton, and one sister, Marjorie Cooper.
Funeral Services for Frances will be Friday April 20, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home. Officiating the service will be Elder Ted Watt. Burial will follow in the Grand Prairie Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 4 to 8 P.M.
