Edward Wayne Marshall, age 66 of Marion died Sunday afternoon May 13th, 2012 as a result of injuries suffered in a home fire.
He was born August 7th, 1945 in Bucyrus as the son the late Isaac & Betty (Brecount) Marshall.
Ed was a 1963 graduate of River Valley High School. He was an electrician by trade and had worked at Swan Hose in Bucyrus and was last employed by Marion Steele.
Ed enjoyed outdoor sports such as fishing and camping, but his passion was Dog water Raising.
Ed’s memory will be cherished by his three daughters, Lisa (Bob Daniels) Marshall of Marion, Lana Switzer and Amy Marshall of Delaware. He will be dearly missed by his grandchildren, Siara Simpson, Kayla Lemaster, Steven Simpson and Kyle Switzer. Two step grandchildren, Brooke Wise and Kasey Martin, his great grandson Timothy Call III and step great granddaughter Lia Wise. He also leaves behind his siblings, Stephen & Cathy Marshall of Martel, David & Becky Marshall of Marion, Tina & Rick Weir of Caledonia and Pat & Dennis Logan of Marion. He was preceded in death by his brother Gary.
Graveside Services for Ed will be held Friday afternoon May 18th, 2012 in Sixteen Cemetery at 1:00 with Pastor Dave Carter officiating. Friends may call at the Timson Allen & Melroy Funeral Home on Thursday where the Marshall Family will receive them from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8.
