Ricky M. Loren age 56 of Marion, Ohio, passed away Sunday May 27, 2012 at his residence.
He was born September 29, 1955 in Marion, Ohio to the late Bob and JoAnne (Spears) Loren.
He was also preceded in death by his step-mother, Marlene.
On February 14, 1992 in Marion, Ricky married Cynthia A. Alley and she survives.
Ricky worked at Whirpool as a younger man, but spent most of his life as a painter. He was an avid sports fan of sports of every kind. Family and friends will remember him most for his smile and sense of humor.
Ricky is survived also by a daughter and a son; Amy (Isaac Walter) Altvater of Marion, Ohio, and Tony Dutton of Cincinnati, Ohio. Two grandchildren survive; Jacob Altvater and Jonah Walter, and a sister Diane (Ray) Manack of Green Camp, Ohio. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother Robbie.
There will be a Memorial Service for Ricky on Saturday June 2, 2012 at 4:00 P.M. at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home. Officiating the service will be the Rev. Dwight Hord. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the service on Saturday from 3 to 4 P.M.
