Robert P "Bob" Crowe age 70 of Marion, Ohio passed away Monday, May 28, 2012 at his residence.
He was born February 23, 1942 in Marion, Ohio to the late Lee and Carrie (Elliott) Crowe.
On February 29, 1996 he married Mary I. Imo Crowe, she preceded him in death on April 22, 2012.
Bob was a lifetime resident of Marion where he was employed at Tecumseh Products for twenty two years as a foreman and retired from the Marion City Schools after twenty two years in maintenance.
He is survived by a daughter, Mindy L. Crowe of Prospect, OH., a son, Randy (Rhonda) Crowe of Gahanna, OH., two grandchildren, Riley Crowe and Acacia "Cash" Crowe, three brothers, Earl (Jo) Crowe of Marion, OH., Don (Inez) Crowe of Mansfield, OH., Virgil (Pauline) Crowe of Marion, OH., a sister, Bessie Berridge of Marion, OH., and numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
Bob was preceded in death by four brothers, Chuck, Vernon, Tommy and Arlie Crowe, two sisters, Shelby Davis and Letha Wolfe, a step daughter, Marina Tackett and Bob and Imo's faithful companion, Susie wich passed away the same night as Bob.
Funeral service for Bob will be Thursday, May 31, 2012 @ 10 AM at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home with Rev. Kenneth Durtsche officiating. Burial will follow at Greencamp Cemetery. Visitation for Bob will be Wednesday, May 30, 2012 from 4 – 8 PM at the funeral home.
