Sally Sue Fogle passed away peacefully in her sleep on May 10, 2012 after a long and hard fight with an extended illness.
Sally was born on November 29, 1939, one of seven children to William Everett and Opal Ilene Mason Fogle Campbell.
She was a long time and much loved employee of the Big Bear grocery store. She enjoyed her retirement by spending time with her extended family and friends. Sally was also an avid bowler and enjoyed traveling to tournaments all over the country. Everyone who knew Sally affectionately called her as “Aunt Sally” and she was called “Super Aunt Sally” by her great niece Shelbi. We knew Aunt Sally to be the life of the party and be able to make everyone smile and laugh. She was especially known for her giggling fits which would cause everyone laughing with her to laugh until they couldn’t breathe!
Sally was preceded in death by her father, mother, and step-father, Orville Campbell, 2 infant sisters and her best friend and sister, Pat Taylor. She is survived by her brother-in-law, Tom (Pat) Taylor of Marion; her sister Linda Gilmore of Upper Sandusky; and her brothers Lonnie Fogle of Marion and Robert (Joy Hannelore) Fogle of North Carolina. She also has 13 nieces and nephews and quite a few great-nieces and nephews.
Sally was one of the most kind and caring ladies one could ever want to know. She was known for her giving ways and thoughtful personality. She will be dearly missed by all.
