Patricia Mae Farley age 73 of Marion, Ohio, passed away Saturday June 2, 2012 at the James Cancer Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
She was born March 20, 1939 in Point Pleasant, W. Va. to the late Clarence and Goldie (Stuttler) Crump.
On October 14, 1961 in Marion, Ohio she married William H. Farley and he survives.
Patricia was a 1957 graduate of Marion Harding High School. In her younger years, she was employed for six years at the former National City Bank.
Patricia was involved in many church activities, and she especially loved to cook, enjoyed gardening, canning, and very much loved spending time with the grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a woman of many talents, both in working outside of the home and as a homemaker.
In addition to her husband, Patricia is also survived by a daughter and two sons; Kelli (Scott) Graybill, Scott (Linnea) Farley, and Kyle (Christine) Farley all of Marion; four grandchildren, Ross, Caitlin, Alexandria, and Hannah, and three great-grandchildren, Carter, Michael Shawn, and Charlee. Also surviving is a sister, Joann (Jerry) Denton of Knoxville, Tn., a brother, Clarence Ray "Curly" Crump of Marion, Ohio, and numerous nieces and nephews. Besides her parents Patricia was preceded in death by a son, William Shawn, a sister Shirley Crump Ratliff, and a brother Johnny Crump.
Funeral Services for Patricia will be Wednesday June 6, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home. Officiating the service will be Albert E. Farley, James E. Farley, and Rick Tincher. Burial will follow in the Grand Prairie Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday June 5, 2012 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 P.M.
