Richard W. Kiener age 57 of Marion, Ohio formerly of Columbus, Ohio passed away Thursday, May 31, 2012 at Riverside Methodist Hospital.
He was born November 19, 1954 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Robert and JoEllen (Seal) Kiener.
On September 30, 1981 he married Christine (Thompson) Kiener.
Richard was retired from the Village of Mt. Gilead after fourteen years for the street department.
He is survived by his wife, Christine Kiener of Marion, son, Jason D. Kiener of Marion, daughters, Jody M. (Matthew) Dunkle of Marion, Tamatha M. Kiener of KY., three grandchildren, Madisyn R. Kiener, Braedyn D. Kiener, Severyn R. Dunkle, niece, Christy (Jay) Weikel of Marion, two great nieces, Kirstin Weikel, Casie Weikel and numerous brothers and sisters in laws, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Billie Jo Kiener and a sister, Katherine Sloan.
A Memorial Visitation will be held for family and friends Sunday, June 3, 2012 from 2 – 4 PM at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home. Burial will take place at a later date.
