Elizabeth S. (Duffy) McConnell, 95, of Marion

Elizabeth S. (Duffy) McConnell, age 95, of Marion passed away 12:40AM, Friday, July 20, 2012 at Partners of Marion after 17 months of patient care. She was born June 20, 1917 in Vinton County to the late Tomas and Bridget (Quinn) Duffy.

She was preceded in death by her husband Leroy D. McConnell and son Thomas D. McConnell. Surviving is her daughter Mary K. McConnell of Marion.

A graveside service was held by Sister Joan Broadman, July 24, 2012 at St. Mary Cemetery in Marion, OH.  Memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary Catholic Church in Marion, OH.
