Linda E. Horner, age 64, of Marion, passed away on Sunday evening, July 15, 2012, at the Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus.
Linda was born on July 17, 1948, in Kenton, the daughter of the late James W. and Edith (Oppfield) Burba. She was raised in Kenton and graduated from the Kenton High School in 1968. One month later, Linda was united in marriage to her high school sweetheart, Michael A. Horner on June 9, 1968.
Linda will be remembered for her warm, outgoing and friendly spirit. She could talk with anyone and never knew a stranger. She and Michael enjoyed camping and on Saturday mornings, you could find Linda operating a Craft Club for all of the children at the campgrounds.
Linda is survived by her beloved husband Michael A. Horner; her daughter Maria Blair; her granddaughter Shama Blair; her brothers: James (Darlene), Ronnie (Connie) and Larry Burba.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother Allen Burba.

Services for Linda will be held privately by the family.
