Minnie M. Frost age 91 of Marion, Ohio passed away July 7, 2012 at Partners of Marion.
She was born January 20, 1921 in Austin, IN., to the late Willie and Frances (Cade) Chasteen.
On October 12, 1944 she married Marion W. Frost, he preceded her in death on December 12, 1994.
Minnie attended Vineyard Christian Fellowship and most recently she has been attending
Celebration Christian Church.
She is survived by a daughter, Cheri D. (Dana) Ray-Slob of Marion, OH., Timothy W. Frost of Marion, OH., seven grandchildren, Jason (Heidi) Ray, Amon (Crystal) Ray, Ashley Slob, Aaron Slob, Matthew Slob, Rachel Frost, Michael Frost, four great grandchildren, her brother, Ralph (Nadine) Chasteen of Austin, IN., her sister in law, Shirley (Carl) Roush of Marion, OH., and numerous nieces and nephews.
Minnie was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one brother, Herman "Bill" Chasteen, two sisters, Evanell Meadows and Alta Winogene Davis.
Funeral Services for Minnie will be Wednesday, July 11, 2012 @ 10 AM at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home with Pastor Matt Brent officiating. Burial will follow at Marion Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will be Tuesday, July 10, 2012 from 6 – 8 PM at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home.
