Jerry Scheiderer, age 75 of Magnetic Springs died Tuesday morning, August 21, 2012 at Riverside Methodist Hospital.
He was born January 16, 1937 in Magnetic Springs to the late Paul D. and Freda Mae (Ballard) Scheiderer.
He was also preceded in death by three brothers, Bob, Denny and Malcomb, and four sisters, Anita Kleiber, June Scheiderer, Janet Scheiderer and Miriam Scheiderer Ridgeway Smith.
He had worked as a masseur at the Incor Hotel and Bath House in Magnetic Springs and had been a painting and wallpaper contractor. Jerry enjoyed reading, keeping up on current events and world news, and had attended Magnetic Springs United Methodist Church.
He is survived by two brothers, Dave (Brenda) Scheiderer, Richwood; Ron Scheiderer, Marion; a sister, Beverly (Harold) VanBrimmer, Ostrander; a special caregiver, Jane Martin; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held Friday, August 24, 2012 at 11:00 AM in the Claibourne Cemetery with Pastors David and Cindy Mahon officiating.
