Luella Harris died at her residence on August 26, 2012 following a long illness.
She is most remembered for her contagious laughter, her zest for life, her humor and deep love of those around her.
Luella Harris was born on December 25, 1949 in the state of Mississippi and moved to Marion in 1983.
She retired from Marca Industries where she was employed as an assembler.
She leaves behind sisters, brothers, nieces, and nephews all made family by her deep and abiding love.
The life of Ms. Harris will be celebrated and memorialized at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 5, 2012 at Marion County Board of DD, 2387 Harding Highway, East. Family and friends are invited to share their memories in order to celebrate her life through laughter and love. A fitting end for a person who brought joy to others.
